MHRA Wholesaler Dealer’s Licence (number WL 28408/3)

Medicines & Healthcare Regulatory Agency regulates the supply of medicines and medical devices in the UK. It is a legal requirement that any pharmacy provider must have a Wholesale Dealer’s Licence from the MHRA to be able to supply medicines as ‘stock’ to your hospital, without the need to label for each individual patient.

Ashtons holds an MHRA Wholesale Dealer’s Licence. To do so, Ashtons must comply with The Human Medicines Regulations (2012) and also the guidelines on Good Distribution Practice published by the MHRA. All areas are temperature mapped to ensure compliance. All of the medicines and medical devices that we supply must meet acceptable standards on safety, quality and efficacy.
