Asthma + Lung UK have released their top tips for four simple inhaler changes patients can make to better manage their lung condition, developed in partnership with the NHS.

The information, also summarised in a handy video format, covers the importance of using your preventer inhaler everyday, as prescribed and  using the right inhaler technique.

It also describes two changes that can be made to have a lower environmental impact: changing to a lower-carbon inhaler and always taking used inhalers back to a pharmacy for disposal.
