NHS England RightCare asthma scenario

NHS England have released a RightCare asthma scenario in February 2023. RightCare scenarios use fictional patients and scenarios to show the difference between a suboptimal, but realistic, care pathway compared to an optimal one. The scenario invites healthcare professionals to question if they recognise any elements of the patient journey shown, and deliberately highlights where along the care pathway often requires improvement. It is designed to help local systems understand how patient outcomes can be improved as a result of changing the pathway from a suboptimal to an optimal one.
