Marketing Design Executive

Purpose of the role:

To own all aspects of branding and design for Ashtons, as well undertaking other marketing related activities to support to Head of Marketing on the delivery of all marketing campaigns and material.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of branding and design within Ashtons, including logo design, items for conferences and office signage – all work of this nature will pass through you, either to create, amend or approve
  • Project managing, writing copy and creating artwork for our monthly staff newsletter and monthly clinical update
  • Writing and designing posts for social media, primarily LinkedIn, incorporating aspects of animation using Adobe Animate
  • Updating content on our services website, including adding blog articles and job posts
  • Updating content on our ordering website, including adding new products and product photos, and managing content pages and banners
  • Working with Head of Marketing to create effective email templates and other marketing material to support all marketing campaigns
  • Working with Sales team to create effective presentations, proposals and contracts
  • Liaising with Marketing Assistant to create clinical training seminar presentations, as part of our Ashtons Academy offering
  • Liaising with Development team to create and update designs for all Ashtons software products, including e-Works, Live View and eXpert
  • Liaising with clinical staff to create Ashtons branded charts, forms, guides and other dispensary products for use by both our clients, and internally by our Warehouse and Dispensary departments
  • Creating and formatting documents, forms, presentations as requested by various departments
  • Updating relevant documents to the Ashtons intranet, MyAshtons
  • Maintaining Ashtons organisation chart and “Who’s Who” document
  • Ongoing project to ensure all items are transferred to the new branding, following our rebrand in 2022

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Good copywriting skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Animate and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience creating email templates and campaigns
  • Good proof reading skills

  • Line Manager – Head of Marketing
  • Team Member – Marketing Assistant
  • In this role you will also work with a wide number of people around the business on various branding, design and formatting tasks
